Find out how many inquiries wait too long for a reply

Most schools and dealers already get inquiries. The question is how quickly someone answers. I start with a fixed-price audit of how your inquiries are handled today, then build follow-up on the tools you already use. Every automated reply says so, and your team takes over when it matters.

Start with the inquiry response audit: $1,500. No software contract.

Three steps, and you can stop after any of them

  1. Step 1

    Inquiry response audit

I map every way an inquiry reaches you (forms, ads, calls, email), measure first-response time from your own records, review missed calls, and write up a design with a fixed implementation quote. The fee is credited if you go ahead.

  2. Step 2

    Inquiry follow-up implementation

Built on the CRM and phone account you already use: an automated first reply during sensible hours, a few qualifying questions, and a clean hand-off to your staff with everything logged.

  3. Step 3

    Monitoring and tuning

A weekly review of anything unusual, a monthly report, and small changes as your programs, products or staff change.

What it does

  • Replies to people who asked you for information, and says it is automated
  • Asks a few questions you approve and books a call or hands over to staff
  • Sends only during business-appropriate hours in the inquirer's time zone
  • Pauses itself and alerts you if opt-outs or errors spike

What it does not do

  • Make admission, financial or pricing decisions
  • Call people with an AI voice, or text anyone who did not ask
  • Replace your staff: they stay in charge of every conversation that matters

Why me: I designed and run an admissions follow-up system for a private college, in production since May 2026, built on its Salesforce. I do not publish that client's figures.

Questions

Do I need new software?

Usually not. I build on the CRM and phone account you already have. Running costs for messages and AI processing are billed by those providers to your account.

Is it legal to text inquiries?

Only people who asked you for information are contacted, within sending hours, with a working opt-out. I will flag anything your situation needs a lawyer to confirm.

What if it says something wrong?

It is set up to answer only from facts you approve and to hand anything else to a person. Every conversation is logged and reviewed weekly.

Can I just get the audit?

Yes. The audit is useful on its own, and the fee comes off implementation if you go ahead.

Start with the audit

A 30-minute call to see whether the audit is worth it for you. If your inquiry handling is already fast, I will tell you.
